Family photoshoots with me are relaxed and informal, no awkward and forced posing, it’s about capturing genuine emotions and making memories which you can keep for a lifetime. In fact, some of the best photoshoots are the ones when you're so lost in the moment, you forget I'm even there!

It’s not about taking photos, it’s about building memories

We meet in a pre-agreed location of your choice, which could be your home, garden, local park, favourite picnic spot, the list goes on. The idea being that it's somewhere that you enjoy being and want to remember. I let you be yourselves, play games, walk hand in hand, cuddle, kick leaves, it's really is your time to do whatever you do. I might give you the odd prompt so that we get some creative photos, but the beauty is in the nature of the photos and the emotions and memories that they ignite.

Sessions generally last up to an hour, but I work flexibly and won't force moments that aren't destined to happen, so if the kids are fed up (or the grown ups!) we'll call it time whenever it feels right. After all, whilst some grumpy toddlers are quite cute, you don't want a full photoshoot of miserable faces! Equally, and kids aside, if we're on a roll creating great images, I won't cut your session short, as long as I'm not late for my next client.


After your photoshoot, I'll go through your images and edit them and will present you with a beautiful password protected online gallery where you can view your photographs. I hope you'll love them enough to have around the house to fill your home with happy times, and that's easy, as each gallery comes with its own online store where you can select from a wide range of reasonably-priced, professionally printed photographs and wall art.
